Requirements

Work Mode: Onsite 5 days a week Experience: 5 10 years overall, with 3+ years in GenAI / Agentic AI

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and AWS
Expertise in AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore
Experience building production-grade Conversational AI, Chatbots, AI Agents, and RAG pipelines
Knowledge of MCP Servers, A2A protocols, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Strands Agents
Hands-on experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, pgvector, or Aurora
Strong understanding of AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch
Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails, and production deployment
Proven experience scaling AI applications for high concurrency and low latency

Additional Requirements:

Experience delivering production-grade GenAI applications
Strong communication, client-facing, and technical leadership skills
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
Valid US work authorization required
