SAP Super User / Master Data Analyst International, Amsterdam

The SAP Super User provides support for testing of system related to operations and assists in the implementation of distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement. The testing also allows for improved efficiency or increased productivity. This is necessary to ensure processes are aligned with organization objectives and guidelines. This resource will meet with Bioventus integrating partners. This resource will assist international line of business., * Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gather, and define scope and objectives.

• Support various backend systems/software used for end-to-end processes (SAP, CRM)
• Ensure business process documentation is created and distributed to associated personnel. Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to system.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Trouble-shoot system related issues
• Act as a middle layer between system end-users and technical support staff i.e. s/he attends to resolve the issues reported by business, interpret the business requirements to IT and ensures that the solution designed and developed by technical team meets such needs.
• Develop gap analysis with leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
• Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics.
• Identify training gaps and create training opportunities when needed, including guidance on execution of SAP transactions, as an example
• As an Master Data analyst he/she manages and optimizes an organization’s central data sources to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of information.
• Ensure the JIRA tickets through the Customer Intake Form is re-routed to the correct team
• Maintaining and improving the quality and consistency of master data
• The role calls for the person to handle the Performance Program in the UK line of business as per need
• In addition the SAP user / MDM analyst also needs work upon their current roles and responsibilities of the CC team they are currently assigned
• The role right now is for International however may change further as per business needs

Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or engineering.

• 3+ years experience with SAP required
• 1+ year experience with JIRA preferred
• Strong knowledge of Sales Order and Order to Cash Process experience
• Strong knowledge of Customer and Material Master Data
• 2+ years with data, system or business process development experience
• Advanced business process analysis knowledge
• Strong problem solving capabilities.
