Managed Services Solution Architect

At Avanade, we help organizations maximize the value of their business applications through a combination of operational excellence, innovation, and deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem.As part of the continued growth of our Application Managed Services business, we are looking for a Managed Services Solution Architect - Application Maintenance & Application Development to help clients design, evolve, and optimize their application services.This role focuses on the full lifecycle of Application Managed Services, including Application Maintenance (AM), Application Development (AD), application support, application enhancements, modernization initiatives, and continuous service improvement.As a Managed Services Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients build, transform, and mature their Application Managed Services capabilities.Key Responsibilities Design and evolve Application Managed Services operating models.Define service frameworks covering Application Maintenance (AM) and Application Development (AD).Design end-to-end application support, maintenance, enhancement, and development services.Define governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs and reporting structures.Support service transition and transformation initiatives.Promote Agile, Dev Ops and modern engineering practices.Job Qualifications Skills and Experiences - What You’ll Bring Proven experience designing and delivering Application Managed Services solutions.Strong experience managing application support, maintenance, enhancements and development activities.Knowledge of application lifecycle management, service governance, Agile, Dev Ops and ITIL.Required Skills and Experience Application Managed Services (AMS) Application Maintenance Services Application Development Services Application Support Services Service Design and Governance Application Lifecycle Management Service Transition and Service Transformation Release Management Dev Ops practices ITIL-based service management environments Microsoft technology environments About You - You understand that successful application services go far beyond keeping systems running.#J-*****-Ljbffr
