Computer Forensic Analyst (Program Manager)

• Provide guidance to field forensic analyst personnel and agency field management as it relates to seizure of computers and/or electronic media for the purpose of evidence gathering.
• Advise top agency managers on recent trends in computer and digital analysis of evidence related to criminal investigations.
• Provide technical support resources for the continued development of high-tech large and complex forensic examination, inspection, surveillance and investigative systems and equipment pertaining to research, development, testing and evaluation.
• Determine the effectiveness of nation-wide policies, standards, and procedures pertaining to complex computer and digital analysis of evidence., * Probationary Period: This is a full-time permanent position (Career/Career-Conditional appointment).
