Job description

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance across client, server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Configure, manage, and optimize Windows and UNIX operating systems while performing capacity planning and operational enhancements., * Deliver day-to-day IT systems administration, monitoring, and problem resolution across client, server, storage, and network devices.
• Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, ticket escalation, and resolution support.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and UNIX operating systems, ensuring system integrity and applying performance enhancements.
• Support hardware dispatch, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and manage resolution lifecycles.
• Optimize system operations, analyze resource utilization, and perform capacity planning.

Requirements

• Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $231k+ yearly
