Job description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Engineer with strong expertise in Atlassian Cloud, GitLab CI/CD, DevOps automation, and AIOps. The ideal candidate will manage Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, develop and deploy Atlassian Forge applications, automate operational workflows, and improve platform reliability through AI-driven monitoring and intelligent automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, and Atlassian Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Forge application development.
- 5+ years of experience in AIOps and intelligent automation.
- Python, Bash, or Groovy scripting.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience in L1/L2 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Good to Have: ServiceNow, qTest, TestGrid, and Atlassian certifications.
