Data & Power BI Specialist

In this role you have a critical business-partnering role, supporting the CFO and senior management by transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, forward-looking forecasts, and decision-ready dashboards. The role goes beyond reporting and focuses on strategic planning, financial transparency, forecast accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency., * Collect, clean, integrate, and transform financial and non-financial data from multiple sources.

• Design and maintain robust data models supporting reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for management. Support budgeting, rolling forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as a trusted analytical business partner to the CFO and senior stakeholders.

Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Continuously improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency.

• HBO / WO thinking and working level;
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills include Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Excellent hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with both financial and non-financial datasets.
• Experience in complex, project-driven or corporate environments.
• Knowledge of R and Python for data analysis, modeling, or automation is preferred.
