Solution Architect - AI Agents and Enterprise Integration

Innova Software Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect AI Agents and Enterprise Integration to design scalable AI agent architectures, enterprise integration solutions, and modern application platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, API and event-driven integrations, technical solution architecture, LaunchDarkly, DevOps, and observability. Key Responsibilities Design and define enterprise AI agent architectures and integration solutions. Develop architecture patterns for LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows. Architect solutions using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and related AI orchestration frameworks. Design enterprise integrations using APIs and event-driven systems. Define technical architecture standards, governance processes, and integration best practices. Establish scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI solution architectures. Incorporate observability, monitoring, and operational requirements into architecture designs. Support feature management and controlled application releases using LaunchDarkly. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational requirements.

8 15 years of relevant technology, software engineering, or solution architecture experience. Strong understanding of AI agent architecture and LLM-based solutions. Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI. Experience designing enterprise API integrations and event-driven systems. Strong knowledge of technical solution architecture and governance. Understanding of observability, DevOps, and feature management. Experience with LaunchDarkly or related feature-flagging practices. Strong communication, technical design, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
