The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with limited direction, deal with ambiguity, and partner with the aforementioned leaders with an entrepreneurial approach., 1. Own the full capital governance lifecycle across sites including appropriation requests, capital project register, and Capital Work in Process (“CWIP”) to placed-in-service asset transition governance, depreciation schedules, and accurate recording of asset disposals.

  1. Own long-lead equipment planning partnerships and associated financial governance, track commitments and financial exposure on equipment orders.
  2. Own lease agreements, tenant improvement allowances, and real estate financial commitments across all sites, coordinating with legal, tax, and corporate real estate on multi-jurisdiction implications across Texas, California, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington.
  3. Own raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory financial oversight including min/max inventory level modeling, freight cost forecasting, and variance reporting against BOM logistics cost assumptions; coordinate with Amazon’s existing fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.
