Job description
- We are looking for experienced Java Full Stack Developers to support a strategic client engagement., * Deliver production-grade solutions by integrating Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, and automation.
- Develop end-to-end applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript on the front end and Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices on the back end.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.
- Implement automated testing, load testing, and performance testing using tools such as BlazeMeter.
- Monitor production applications and ensure reliability using observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable, event-driven microservices on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and messaging patterns.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, architecture, and risk/control teams to deliver secure, stable, and scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure high-quality engineering practices, application performance, security, and production stability.
Requirements
- Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern AI technologies., * 8+ years of hands-on Java Full Stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, load testing, and production monitoring.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite from Day 1.
Nice to Have:
- Python experience for LLM engineering and data processing.
- Experience building small Python services, automation scripts, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.
