Managing Data Engineering Manager

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable batch and streaming data solutions supporting digital products, analytics, and business decisions. Combine hands-on data engineering with technical leadership, team development, production support, and delivery ownership while partnering with product, architecture, engineering, analytics, and business teams., * Lead, mentor, and coach data engineers and establish engineering standards.

• Design, develop, implement, and support scalable batch and streaming data solutions.
• Integrate data from APIs, databases, event streams, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Promote automated testing, continuous integration and deployment, infrastructure automation, and strong data quality practices.
• Optimize pipelines, databases, queries, and storage; support production incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver data solutions while ensuring governance and security.
