Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong banking and financial services experience to lead complex technology programs and drive cross-functional delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of banking operations, technology systems, program governance, and risk management, with a proven ability to coordinate business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for managing program timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with business objectives and banking industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end technology programs within the banking and financial services domain.

Partner with business stakeholders, technology leaders, product teams, and engineering teams to define program objectives, scope, and delivery plans.

Manage program schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across application development, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, operations, and business teams.

Establish program governance, status reporting, executive dashboards, and escalation processes.

Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve delivery blockers, and ensure timely execution.

Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams to achieve program goals.

Ensure compliance with banking policies, risk controls, security standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications.

Drive Agile delivery practices, continuous improvement, and effective change management.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery metrics, and program outcomes.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies, where applicable.

Experience: Senior-level experience with a strong banking background required, Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Technology Delivery Manager.

Solid banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory.

Proven experience managing complex technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of banking technology, systems, operations, and business processes.

Experience with program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver programs within agreed timelines and budgets.

Strong experience coordinating business and technical teams.
