Senior Stat Programmer

Experteer Overview In this role, you will provide advanced statistical programming expertise to build scalable programming solutions for complex studies.You will lead internal consulting efforts, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust data, analyses, and reporting.You will drive process improvements and new technologies, guiding junior staff and shaping study data infrastructures.This is a remote, globally connected position with a focus on impact, quality, and timely delivery.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Plan and coordinate programming, testing, and documentation of statistical programs for tables, figures, and listings; program analysis databases and data transfers for internal and external clients * Plan programming for database quality control checks * Integrate databases from multiple studies or sources * Develop and coordinate programming documentation for complex studies * Provide advanced technical expertise and independently bring project solutions to teams * Develop, implement, and validate new process technologies, macros, and applications * Fulfill project responsibilities at statistical team lead level for single complex studies or groups * Understand scope of work, budget and quote assumptions; estimate work, manage out of scope work and resource forecasts; may manage project budget and forecast revenue * Provide training and guidance to lower level staff Responsabilidades * Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience * Knowledge of statistics, programming and/or clinical drug development process * Advanced knowledge of computing applications such as Base SAS, SAS Graph and SAS Macro Language * Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects * Excellent accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients Requisitos principales * remote work * home-based role * global collaboration * autonomy * flexible work environment * continuous learning opportunities
