Experteer Overview In this role you will drive EHR integration for IQVIA’s pharmaceutical client, supporting cardiovascular brands across priority accounts.You will identify gaps in inpatient and outpatient workflows, propose scalable solutions, and share insights to enhance patient care and population health.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tailor customer-specific plans and ensure end users are supported in a matrix environment.This field-based role offers meaningful impact by improving real-world patient outcomes through optimized health IT systems.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Identify gaps/barriers in EHR systems at priority IDNs and Health Systems * Problem solve and provide resolutions for EHR gaps * Identify workflow barriers and recommend scalable solutions * Collaborate with end users, clinicians, IT informatics, quality EHR managers and analysts to deliver insights * Align resources to develop comprehensive plans by priority institution * Conduct workflow assessments to identify potential gaps in the patient journey * Develop and implement customer-specific plans * Act as subject matter expert across account management, medical and cross-functional partners * Share insights on optimizing EHRs for inpatient, outpatient, and ED care Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university * Minimum 4 years with design, build, or testing of EHR software (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson preferred) or within a health system informatics leadership role * In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT and software optimization techniques * Issue discovery, prioritization and problem-solving skills * Team player with ability to work in a matrix environment * Excellent presentation and strong oral/written communication * Enthusiastic, positive attitude and flexibility * Ability to travel overnight Requisitos principales * base pay range $125,000 - $135,000 * incentive plans and bonuses * health and welfare benefits * field-based work * opportunity for travel
