AI Software Engineer

This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role for engineers who have already shipped real systems with LLMs and agents, and who want to apply that experience to how an entire engineering organization builds software.

You will design and build the agents, workflows, context systems, evaluation harnesses, and governance layer behind our AI-Led Development Cycle (AI-DLC), and you will prove them on production code across our platforms - not on sandbox demos. You will work closely with engineering leadership, the AI Engineering Group, Product, QA, and Security, and you will have real influence over the architecture and standards the rest of the organization adopts. 165K - 185K depending on experience. Skills and Requirements * 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong record of shipping and operating production systems. * 2+ years building with LLMs in production - agents, tool use, retrieval, or AI-powered developer tooling - with concrete examples of systems you designed and what you learned when they failed. * Deep, daily fluency with agentic coding tools (for example Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar), and a clear point of view on where they work, where they break, and how to make them dependable. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
