We are seeking Data Scientists with strong experience in Databricks, cloud data sourcing, SQL, Python, and BigQuery. The work centers on enterprise data requirements, database development and maintenance, large-scale ETL processes, and data analysis to support business decisions. These consultants will work with senior management, technical teams, and client teams to define data needs and implement reliable approaches to data manipulation, storage, and analysis. The assignment requires hands-on database testing, troubleshooting, and clear communication across business and technical stakeholders., Work with senior management, technical teams, and client teams to determine data requirements, implementation approaches, and best practices for data manipulation, storage, and analysis. Source data from cloud platforms and work with Databricks, SQL, Python, and BigQuery to support the assignment’s data needs. Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify database identifiers for the management system, or direct others in coding those descriptions. Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes. Modify existing databases and database management systems, or direct programmers and analysts in making changes. Test programs and databases, troubleshoot issues, correct errors, and make necessary modifications.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of applicable experience. Strong Data Scientist background, including experience with Databricks, cloud data sourcing, SQL, Python, and BigQuery. Experience with database technologies and knowledge of ETL processes. Knowledge of at least one scripting language; Python is specifically identified in the manager’s requirements. Strong written and oral communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated history of success and a desire to work with data to help businesses make better data-driven decisions.
