SAP P2P/S2P functional consultant @ Lisle, IL - 12 Months with Ext - Onsite

We are seeking an experienced SAP S2P (Source-to-Pay) Solution Designer with strong functional and hands-on configuration expertise across SAP procurement and supply chain processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end SAP S2P solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. \n

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-wide ERP applications, with strong SAP S2P/P2P experience. \n

• 3-5 years of experience in an SAP Source-to-Pay environment with solid SDLC and project methodology knowledge. \n

• Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience. \n

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM/P2P and related logistics processes. \n

• Experience with SAP APO, Subcontracting, and Stock Transport Order (STO) processes. \n

• Strong understanding of SAP P2P integration with FICO, SD, PP, and PS. \n

• Experience with SAP Ariba and OpenText is preferred. \n

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. \n

• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams in enterprise environments. \n

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP S2P processes based on business requirements. \n

• Perform business process mapping, blueprinting, gap analysis, solution design, reengineering, configuration, testing, and documentation. \n

• Support SAP P2P processes including Logistics Invoice Verification, Accounts Payable, procurement, inventory, subcontracting, and STO processes. \n

• Work extensively with MM/PP master data, including Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Production Resources and Tools. \n

• Support integration between SAP P2P and other modules, including FICO, SD, PP, PS, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Warehouse Management. \n

• Develop and maintain functional specifications for ABAP/RICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. \n

• Support queries, SQL extracts, and business-user reporting requirements. \n

• Participate in full SAP implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, functional specifications, integration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production support. \n

• Collaborate with business and IT teams across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project environments. \n

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and system defects. \n

• Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, continuous improvements, and system optimization. \n

• Prepare and maintain business process documentation, process diagrams, training materials, and functional documentation. \n

• Support SAP audit requirements and documentation related to controls and business processes. \n
