AI Customer Assurance Engineer / AI Product Support Engineer

The AI Customer Assurance Engineer delivers high-quality responses to customer information requests while advancing the team’s use of AI tools. This hybrid role combines product subject matter expertise with AI model training and refinement. You will balance hands-on customer engagement, data compliance, and the development of AI-enabled service workflows. Core Responsibilities

• Customer Assurance: Own and resolve complex customer requests regarding product data, security, and compliance.
• AI Training: Review AI-generated content, refine prompt models, and train automated tools to improve response speed and accuracy.
• Documentation & Data Governance: Maintain accurate product documentation and knowledge bases while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to research escalations and optimize workflows.

• Experience: 3+ years in customer support, information management, security compliance, or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Savvy: Foundational domain knowledge of security/compliance frameworks and an active interest or experience in training AI tools.
• Mindset: A detail-oriented, analytical self-starter who exercises sound judgment in ambiguous situations and acts as a reliable “human firewall.”
