Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer, preferably with a background in the healthcare domain.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including meaningful experience building AI/ML or agentic applications for production use.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience designing APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, or distributed workflows.
- Experience with LLM-based systems, agent design patterns, model and tool integration, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience designing agentic workflows or multi-agent orchestration and operating them in production environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, automated testing, security, and production support practices.
- Experience with one or more agent or orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies
