Job description
Position Overview We are seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Functional Consultant for a long-term utility infrastructure project. You will configure, optimize, and support field operations and scheduling workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Field Service routing, capacity, and scheduling algorithms.
- Design workflows for field crews, outages, and asset inspections.
- Integrate Oracle Field Service with GIS, Asset Management, and Oracle Cloud modules.
- Gather business requirements and write functional design documents (FDD).
- Lead testing, user acceptance (UAT), and training for field technicians.
Requirements
- 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Experience in the Utilities, Energy, or heavy asset industry is plus
- Strong knowledge of quota rules, shift planning, and capacity management.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OTBI reporting.
