Salesforce Technical Consultant

You’ll work across Agentforce, Data Cloud, Amazon Connect, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, and enterprise integrations to bring the solution to life. Design, develop, and support complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Build and deploy AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. Integrate Amazon Connect/AWS telephony with Salesforce. Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and other integration technologies. Develop automated customer service workflows, Lightning applications, and guided experiences.

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. Amazon Connect/AWS telephony integration experience. Strong Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and development experience. Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs. Experience building integrations between Salesforce and multiple enterprise systems. Experience with MuleSoft or comparable integration technologies. OmniStudio experience. Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, event-driven architecture, or real-time integrations. Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, or jQuery. Experience with data modeling, data warehouses, performance testing, or integration testing.
