Oracle SOA Developer - US CITTIZEN ONLY

NeevSys Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Developer to support a federal financial management system. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite), and SAP Concur Travel integrations.

The candidate will design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise integrations supporting financial management, travel, procurement, and related business processes., * Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and Web Services.

• Develop and support integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), SAP Concur Travel, and other enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain SOAP/REST APIs, XML/XSLT transformations, and integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including failed transactions, data synchronization errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, queries, and database interfaces.
• Support financial and travel-related interfaces, including travel authorizations, expense reports, obligations, and payment transactions.
• Monitor SOA services, troubleshoot production incidents, and support ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M).
• Collaborate with functional teams, DBAs, system administrators, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and technical documentation.
• Follow federal cybersecurity, change management, and configuration management requirements.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise application development and integration experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c, including BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and adapters.
• Experience integrating Oracle ERP / Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with external applications.
• Experience with SAP Concur Travel integrations, including travel and expense data exchanges.
• Strong experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting complex production integrations.
