Job description

Analyze, elicit, clarify, and formalize stakeholder requirements for Lithium-Ion Battery Systems, Super Capacitor Modules (SCAP), and Battery Management Systems (BMS) based on customer, vehicle, regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, and business needs.

Capture, document, and maintain system requirements in compliance with ASPICE SYS.1. Define requirement attributes, acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and rationale. Perform requirements analysis to ensure completeness, consistency, feasibility, testability, and traceability.

Manage stakeholder requirement reviews, clarifications, change requests, and impact assessments. Establish and maintain bidirectional traceability between stakeholder requirements and system requirements.

Collaborate with customers, system architects, software, hardware, validation, functional safety, and cybersecurity teams to ensure stakeholder expectations are accurately captured and communicated.

Support requirement baselining, configuration management, and compliance with Automotive SPICE assessment expectations for SYS.1 work products.

Participate in customer workshops, technical reviews, and requirement negotiation activities for Lithium-Ion and Super Capacitor product development programs.
