Network Operations Coordinator

The Technical Operations & Logistics Coordinator supports daily operational activities involving telecommunications equipment, technical resources, and internal workflow coordination. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this individual will help maintain accurate records, coordinate equipment and material needs, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational requests., * Coordinate and track telecommunications equipment, hardware, materials, and related operational requests.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, equipment documentation, and tracking systems.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, distribution, and movement of equipment as needed.
• Support internal teams with technical inquiries involving connectivity, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Monitor requests, work orders, and service tickets to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Communicate with logistics, technical support, warehouse, and field operations personnel to coordinate activities.
• Identify discrepancies, delays, or equipment issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Follow established procedures for equipment handling, recordkeeping, and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and communication across teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Previous experience in logistics, inventory coordination, technical support, telecommunications, or operations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn internal systems.
• Comfortable working with technical equipment, hardware, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and follow through on outstanding requests.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, ticketing software, or equipment tracking tools is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Background in telecommunications, networking, broadband, fiber optics, or technology-related operations.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, cabling, routers, switches, or other networking hardware.
• Experience coordinating shipments, receiving equipment, maintaining inventory, or supporting field service teams.
• Exposure to technical documentation, work orders, incident tracking, or service request management.
