Job description

This resource will primarily support a new strategic initiative focused on AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation. Preference will be given to candidates who can work from one of our offices

Requirements

Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows

Strong object-oriented programming skills

o .NET/C# preferred

o Java experience also acceptable

Strong understanding of relational databases and non-relational/document databases

Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns

Experience working with document databases and unstructured data

Exposure to data and analytics solutions

Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 5 10+ years in software development.

Strong expertise in C#/.NET or Java.

Practical experience building Generative AI or LLM-based enterprise applications.

Familiarity with RAG, vector search, agentic AI, and enterprise integrations.

Ability to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
