Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years managing IT projects.
- Experience translating business objectives into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, design, development, testing, integration, security, deployment, and production support.
- Experience managing projects end to end, including schedules, critical-path dependencies, scope, deliverables, and business outcomes.
- Proven experience leading projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Experience managing projects involving cloud technologies.
- Strong resource management, change management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook., * PMP or other recognized project management certification.
- Change Management or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools such as Targetprocess, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project Online.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with Continuous Discovery and Delivery frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
