Salesforce Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator II to provide advanced Salesforce administration and platform support for agencies and departments across the State of Tennessee . This role will support multiple Salesforce environments and work closely with agency stakeholders, internal Salesforce teams, and vendor partners. The position will focus on system administration, security, configuration, enhancements, data quality, and release support. Experience with Public Sector Solutions and multi-org Salesforce environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily Salesforce administration, including user provisioning, profiles, permissions, roles, and security configuration.
• Implement small to medium-sized Salesforce enhancements, including: Page layouts Flows Process automation Object and field configuration Minor data model changes
• Monitor and maintain data quality, including duplicate prevention, data cleanup, validation, and data management.
• Support Salesforce environments using Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud .
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce user and configuration issues.
• Work with agency stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration solutions.
• Assist with release management, sandbox preparation, testing coordination, and deployments.
• Ensure Salesforce configurations comply with security, governance, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with vendor teams and internal Salesforce teams to maintain consistency across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and recommended platform improvements.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of: User management and provisioning Profiles, roles, and permissions Salesforce security Objects and fields Flows and automation Page layouts Data management Reports and dashboards
• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

Salesforce Products Experience with the following is preferred:

• Public Sector Solutions
• Experience Cloud
• Service Cloud

• Sales Cloud, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of professional Salesforce Administration experience required. Public sector Salesforce experience is preferred. Multi-org Salesforce experience is preferred. Certifications Required Candidates must have:
