Requirements
information up to date. Working with engineering and physics teams to clarify interfaces, resolve conflicting requirements and support integration and testing. Coaching colleagues in practical systems engineering methods, building an approach that suits the business as it grows. What we’re looking for: You’ll have practical experience applying the V-model to physical products or hardware systems, including requirements definition, decomposition and verification. Your background could be in mechanical, electromechanical or another relevant engineering discipline, and you’ll hold a degree in Engineering, Physics or a related subject. You may already be a Systems Engineer, or have developed these skills within a broader engineering role. What matters is experience managing requirements across a complex product, together with the communication skills to explain your approach and bring others with you. You’ll be comfortable joining a business where processes are still developing and helping improve them step by step. You won’t need to have established a systems engineering function before, and prior magnetics knowledge isn’t required. You will need curiosity, a willingness to get into the technical detail and an interest in taking greater ownership. TPBN1_UKTJ
