React Developer

Design and develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using React and TypeScript.

• Build reusable UI components, design patterns, and shared front-end libraries for scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and enterprise back-end services.
• Collaborate with UX/design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences aligned with enterprise design systems.
• Implement robust state management, routing, authentication, and application security practices.
• Participate in solution design, technical architecture reviews, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Work with Pega delivery teams to configure or extend Constellation-based user experiences as needed.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, accessibility, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and reusable practices.
• Apply strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and modern front-end tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack, npm, Git).
• Use automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• (Desirable) Experience with Pega Platform, Pega Constellation, Pega DX API, cloud architectures (Azure, AWS), GraphQL, micro-frontends, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Demonstrate analytical, pragmatic, and collaborative attributes, with a passion for high-quality and accessible user experiences.
