Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and implement machine learning and AI solutions using relevant datasets and business requirements.
2. Support model deployment, pipeline automation, versioning, and integration into production environments.
3. Monitor model performance, conduct evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing model improvements.
4. Document technical processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI/ML solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in MLOps, machine learning, AI solution deployment, and production model monitoring.

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience supporting enterprise AI/ML initiatives that automate business processes, enable predictive analytics, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.
2. Experience operationalizing machine learning models across development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining to maintain model accuracy, reliability, and production performance.
3. Experience supporting enterprise analytics and data science workflows, including data preparation, model evaluation, reproducibility, version control, and lifecycle management for AI/ML solutions.
4. Experience collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, application teams, and business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable production AI solutions.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience with machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring.

1. Familiarity with Databricks, AWS, and automated ML pipelines.
