Job description

Are you tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and passionate about creating beautiful, high-performing digital experiences?, Victorian Plumbing is on the hunt for a Website Administrator (Imagery & Content) to join our brilliant Website team at our Leyland HQ. In this pivotal operational role, you’ll be the bridge connecting our commercial, marketing, and technical teams-ensuring our website looks incredible, runs seamlessly, and drives commercial success.

Supporting two key members of the Website team, you’ll take ownership of our digital showcase: keeping product imagery sharp, data accurate, and content perfectly aligned with brand standards and new product launches.

What You’ll Be Doing

Imagery & Visual Quality Management

  • Review & Audit: Continuously review and audit product imagery across the site to elevate overall visual appeal, brand storytelling, and consistency.
  • Prioritise & Update: Spot products with outdated, low-quality, or missing images, and coordinate with internal CGI and styling teams to get fresh, high-impact assets created.
  • Optimise Performance: Ensure product images are optimised for fast load times, file quality, and seamless responsive viewing across mobile and desktop devices.
  • Brand Assets: Create and update product branding so digital assets align perfectly with inbound product launch schedules.

Website Maintenance & Administration

  • Site Care & Maintenance: Perform routine website maintenance, troubleshoot minor technical glitches, and help maintain optimal site speed.
  • Data Coordination: Keep product data accurate by managing updates in our in-house systems and conducting regular audits to resolve errors promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Web Developers, Designers, Content Writers, and 3D/CGI Artists to source and implement assets efficiently.
  • Analytics & Insights: Keep an eye on website traffic, user engagement, and visual performance using analytics tools to spot opportunities for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • Digital & Visual Literacy: Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, and content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms.
  • Data Savvy: Comfortable handling product data, structured databases, and administrative workflows.
  • Meticulous Eye for Detail: Highly methodical, with genuine pride in delivering precise, top-tier work.
  • Great Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with developers, designers, and commercial teams.
  • Organised & Adaptable: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet commercial deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative Skills: You’ve got a strong track record of creating your own images

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or a digital-first environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital asset pipelines, 3D visualisation, or studio photography workflows.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms or project tools (such as Monday.com, Trello, or Asana).
  • A keen eye for interior design trends and digital merchandising best practices.
