SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, Barcelona

SAP HCM Payroll Consultant Required Expertise Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (SAP HCM / ECP). Deep knowledge of Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and Wage Types. Strong understanding of SAP Payroll operations, support, and troubleshooting processes. Proven experience working in AMS (Application Management Services) or outsourced payroll delivery environments. Experience supporting multi-country payroll is preferred. SAP Payroll HCM Skills Experience with payroll process analysis, SAP Payroll configuration, testing, payroll result validation, and issue resolution. Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll configuration, including: Wage Types (WTs) Creating and modifying PCRs Payroll Schemas Average Processing Payroll Factoring Ability to analyze payroll results, identify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions. Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support payroll processes and enhancements.
