Senior PeopleSoft Integrator / Support Analyst - SA 26-14105

• Administer PeopleSoft user profiles, roles, permission lists, row-level security, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Manage user provisioning, access modifications, and deprovisioning based on employment status, HR data, and approved requests.
• Review and maintain PeopleSoft Query Manager security, Query Access Groups, query trees, and access to sensitive data.
• Protect personally identifiable information (PII), employee records, payroll data, and other confidential information.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, role recertification, segregation-of-duties assessments, and security audits.
• Monitor security configurations, investigate unauthorized access, and remediate identified security gaps.
• Audit PeopleSoft security tables, user assignments, and access to sensitive database tables.
• Maintain security controls across production, development, test, and staging environments.
• Troubleshoot complex access issues involving roles, permission lists, query security, and application authorization.
• Improve access request workflows, approval processes, security reporting, and automation.
• Prepare technical documentation, audit evidence, security findings, and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with PeopleSoft functional teams, developers, DBAs, auditors, and cybersecurity teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Security Analyst with extensive hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft application security, access governance, security auditing, and user access management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, EPM, PeopleTools, and enterprise security controls., * Extensive hands-on experience in PeopleSoft application security administration and access governance.

• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, EPM, and PeopleTools.
• Expertise in roles, permission lists, row-level security, user profiles, and security configuration.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Query Manager, Query Access Groups, and query security.
• Knowledge of user lifecycle management, access reviews, audit compliance, and segregation of duties.
• Experience protecting sensitive employee, payroll, and PII data.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience analyzing PeopleSoft security tables and access records.
• Working knowledge of SQL, database access controls, and enterprise security procedures., * Experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or later.
• Knowledge of Oracle database auditing and Oracle Fine-Grained Auditing (FGA).
• Experience with security automation, reporting, and enterprise access governance.
• Experience supporting large-scale PeopleSoft environments with complex security requirements.
