Angular Developer OR FrontEnd Developer

Primary Skills: Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material, REST APIs, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Angular Developer to join our banking client’s technology team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building scalable, responsive, and secure web applications using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material., The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality banking applications. Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL services, optimizing front-end performance, and working with PostgreSQL or SQL Server databases is highly desirable. Node.js experience is a plus for supporting backend services and API integrations., * Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Build reusable, responsive, and accessible UI components using Angular Material, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement reactive data flows and application state management using RxJS and NgRx.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Collaborate with backend teams to troubleshoot API integration issues and improve application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
• Work with PostgreSQL and SQL Server-backed applications to support data-driven business functionality.
• Apply secure coding practices appropriate for banking applications, including proper session handling and sensitive-data protection.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support application stability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA engineers, and technical leads to deliver banking features on schedule.

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RxJS, Observables, asynchronous programming, and reactive patterns.
• Hands-on experience with NgRx for state management, including Actions, Reducers, Effects, and Selectors.
• Experience developing reusable UI components using Angular Material.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL.
• Understanding of responsive web design, browser compatibility, and front-end performance optimization.
• Experience with Angular routing, forms, dependency injection, services, and component lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secure API communication, and front-end security best practices.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, joins, and data retrieval.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend services or API development.
• Experience working on banking, financial services, payments, digital banking, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and role-based access control.
• Experience with unit testing using Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with end-to-end testing using Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, accessibility standards, and application performance monitoring.
