Visit us at www.accenture.com.You Are:We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for our clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP EWM functional expertise with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programsThe Work:Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business unitsOwn overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk managementDrive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client’s long-term supply chain strategyOversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholdersProvide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integrationReview and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scriptsDrive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems)Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentationMentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagementTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
