Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Develop Cybersecurity documentation and conduct peer reviews
• Provide Cybersecurity reviews of access request forms
• Work on system hardening verification
• Provide Cybersecurity support for the change management process
• Execute continuous monitoring tasks and prepare/track Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
• Other duties as assigned

Typically a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience, Education and Experience Requirements are as follows:

• High School diploma and 11+ years of related experience, or
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 7+ years of relevant experience, or
• MA/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Specific training and education in Cybersecurity
• Understanding of Cybersecurity methodologies, tools, and systems
• Proven capacity to identify vulnerabilities and create impactful mitigation plans
• Comfortable working independently to manage projects and tasks to completion
• Exceptional troubleshooter with experience resolving complex technical issues
• Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical leaders across large complex organizations
• High integrity, strong work ethic and initiative, and capable of building strong, trusting relationships

Certification Requirement The applicant must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I or higher certification requirements on hire date. US Citizenship Required Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship. Clearance Requirement This position requires an active final Secret clearance upon hire date. The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. An active Top Secret clearance is preferred. Preferred Skills and Education

• IAM Level III certification (CISSP or equivalent)
• General understanding of computer networks, hardware, databases, applications, security components, computer operations, and operating system maintenance
• Understanding of the DoW cyber environment and familiarity with the DoW Acquisition System
• Ability to mediate differing perspectives and develop consensus relating to cybersecurity principles and regulations
