Systems Administrator

Our team operates around the clock on four consecutive 10-hour shifts each week. Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day support for provisioning and maintaining user accounts using SailPoint identity tools. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex account issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. * Work closely with management and customers to ensure correct access permissions are provisioned. * Respond to service outages, technical inquiries, and system-related issues in a timely manner. * Conduct systems analysis and support upgrades to keep systems aligned with evolving technologies. * Perform regular health checks on processes, services, networks, and storage systems. * Maintain accurate configuration and documentation using SharePoint and established record-management practices. * Collaborate with security and cross-functional teams on system improvements and issue resolution. * Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel.

Qualifications: Required: * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree * Minimum 5 years of relevant systems administration experience * Security+ CE certification * Experience with identity and access management * Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: - Microsoft Server 2019 - Microsoft Windows 11 - VMware - Linux Desired: * Experience with SharePoint * Experience with SailPoint - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
