Job description

UX/UI Newly created (Must work east coast hours. NO PST candidates) Currently fully depended on vendors - Brining this person in-house to help with UI/UX to design internal apps and managing existing UI?UX vendors Required skills: 5+ years of direct experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or complex software environments Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Kendo UI Tools, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) Advanced proficiency in Figma (or similar) for designing and prototyping Familiarity with WCAG or other accessibility standards and experience building inclusive experiences Comfort with data-driven design decisions, utilizing analytics or user feedback to refine experiences Senior UI/UX - Comp bands in certain locations NY/PA/SF/LA/SM Comp: $125,000 - $155,000 BN/DC/RE/CH/SD Comp: $115,000 - $145,000 CO/ST Comp: $110,000 - $130,000

Requirements

5+ years of direct experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or complex software environments
Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Kendo UI Tools, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
Advanced proficiency in Figma (or similar) for designing and prototyping
