CRM Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage digital CRM and 1:1 marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, gathering requirements, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery., * Manage multiple CRM and digital marketing projects from planning through execution.

• Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, technical, and agency teams.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issues.
• Ensure marketing data is delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, workflows, and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, database marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, or 1:1 marketing.
• Experience managing projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
