Workday Financials Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Total Rewards Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Compensation, Workday Benefits, and Workday HCM to lead the design, implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Total Rewards solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits , multiple end-to-end Workday implementations, annual compensation cycles, benefits administration, reporting/analytics, integrations, testing, and Workday release management. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Compensation, Benefits, HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design and optimize Total Rewards solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Compensation and Benefits functionality.
• Support annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus planning, promotions, and benefits open enrollment.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes for Compensation and Benefits.
• Support global and multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide expertise in compensation strategy, pay equity, rewards governance, benchmarking, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics .
• Analyze compensation trends, workforce costs, benefits utilization, participation metrics, and planning outcomes.
• Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
• Collaborate with integration teams supporting Payroll, benefits carriers, third-party vendors, and enterprise applications .
• Support Workday biannual releases, impact assessments, testing, and adoption of new functionality.
• Lead/support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing .
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional project teams., * Benefits administration and Open Enrollment
