Senior ERP Product Manager

They are investing heavily in technology and operational excellence, using modern enterprise platforms to support large-scale project delivery and business growth.DescriptionOwn the Oracle Cloud ERP roadmap and prioritize enhancements across Finance, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, and related business functions.Partner with business leaders to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.Lead a cross-functional ERP product team, managing backlog prioritization, release planning, testing, and delivery.Drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.Establish performance metrics and continuously optimize the ERP platform to improve business outcomes, efficiency, and user experience.Profile8+ years of experience in ERP product management, enterprise applications, product delivery, or ERP leadership roles.Hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) experience across multiple modules such as Financials, Procurement, PPM, EPM, or HCM.Proven experience leading teams responsible for delivering enterprise software, ERP implementations, or major platform enhancements.Demonstrated success managing ERP projects from requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, operations, HR, technology teams, and executive leadership.Job OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to lead impactful technology projects in New York.Interested?
