Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Arcitect

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated supply chain solutions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as the solution owner for Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management. Lead solution architecture, requirements gathering, and business process design workshops. Design and govern integrations between Oracle Cloud, Blue Yonder, OMS, warehouse systems, and other enterprise applications. Drive configuration, extension, reporting, and process optimization initiatives. Provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to deliver scalable, supportable solutions. Mentor functional and technical teams while ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices.

Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM. Hands-on expertise with: Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Cloud Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams. Experience integrating Oracle Cloud SCM with Blue Yonder, OMS, warehouse management, and other enterprise applications. Experience driving business process optimization, reporting, and system enhancement initiatives. Project management experience leading both large-scale and small-scale technology initiatives. Experience mentoring functional and technical teams. Ability to establish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
