Senior AI Solutions Architect / AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities Design and build AI-powered applications, automation frameworks, and intelligent workflows. Develop and implement RAG-based and agentic AI solutions. Partner with engineering teams to modernize platforms and improve scalability. Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new AI opportunities. Architect integrations across multiple systems and data sources. Leverage AWS cloud technologies to build scalable solutions. Improve engineering efficiency through automation and AI innovation. Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define future-state architecture and capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of software engineering, architecture, and AI expertise, with the ability to design and implement solutions that reduce manual effort, automate workflows, and create scalable AI-driven experiences., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 7+ years of software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering experience. Strong experience designing and building AI-enabled applications and automation solutions. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent architectures. Experience developing cloud-native applications within AWS environments. Strong software engineering background with the ability to work hands-on as an individual contributor. Experience integrating multiple systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of scalable architecture, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work remotely with strong Eastern Time overlap. Healthcare technology experience. Experience building agentic AI solutions in production environments. Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps). Experience building AI proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes. Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and product teams. Cloud certifications in AWS. Florida-based candidates preferred.
