AI Lead Developer

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, machine learning, and software development. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading AI projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions and applications. * Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. * Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms. * Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, Deep Learning, NLP & GenAI & Agentic experience is a big plus. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI projects. * Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders. * Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with hands on project experience of 10 - 12 yrs of experience. * Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role in AI and machine learning. * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. * Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). * Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. Knowledge of Neural networks, NLP, GenAI concepts such as RAG & Lang chain, multiagent systems is an advantage. * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
