The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based application development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.Participate in application architecture, technical design, development, and production support.Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable Java code.Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and enterprise systems.Work with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver application solutions.Troubleshoot performance, integration, and production issues.Implement unit testing, code reviews, and software engineering best practices.Participate in CI/CD and cloud deployment processes.Analyze existing applications and contribute to modernization initiatives.Required Skills8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.Strong experience with Java 8/11/17+.Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.Hands-on experience developing microservices and REST APIs.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Experience with JPA/Hibernate.Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD.Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with AWS/Azure cloud-native application development.Knowledge of React/Angular is a plus.Experience working in financial services/banking environments.Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
