IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to independently manage multiple large-scale IT projects or programs. The candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, resource management, project execution, and timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Manage project budgets, including capital and operating expenses (CapEx/OpEx).
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and document meeting minutes, action items, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, training, and implementation.
• Manage organizational change activities and vendor selection.
• Review vendor invoices, maintain timesheets, and handle project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.

Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience; 15+ years of total experience Education: Bachelor s degree required; MIS or a related field preferred, * Strong experience in IT project and program management.

• Excellent knowledge of PMI project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Project Server.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC.
• Experience with platform deployment and implementation.
• Experience in the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) or pipeline industry., A senior IT Project Manager with 10+ years of project/program management experience who can independently lead multiple large-scale projects, manage budgets and resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery. LNG or pipeline industry experience is an added advantage
