Network and Computer Systems Administrators

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Administer and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, service catalogs, and platform components to support business and IT service management requirements.
2. Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), platform integrations, user roles, access permissions, and reporting capabilities.
3. Troubleshoot platform issues, support incident resolution and upgrades, and maintain platform performance, availability, and operational reliability.
4. Support ITIL-based service management processes, maintain technical documentation, and ensure platform configurations align with federal security and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience administering, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow platforms, IT service management workflows, CMDB, integrations, access controls, and enterprise IT operations. The source does not specify a minimum number of years.

3. Experience supporting configuration management databases (CMDB), asset and service records, workflow governance, access controls, system integrations, and operational reporting to maintain reliable and auditable IT services.
4. Experience coordinating with government stakeholders, service owners, infrastructure teams, and application support teams to resolve platform issues, manage upgrades, maintain compliance documentation, and improve service delivery.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
