The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, solution design, and delivery across payment platforms.Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsBusiness & Functional AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiativesTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and user storiesConduct gap analysis between existing and proposed payment systemsCreate BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specsPayments Domain ExpertiseWork across key payments areas:o Wire Payments (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHAPS)o ACH / SEPAo Real-Time Payments (RTP) / Faster Paymentso Cards & Merchant PaymentsUnderstand end-to-end payment lifecycle:o Initiation Validation Clearing Settlement ReconciliationDomain SkillsStrong experience in Payments (mandatory)Knowledge of:o ISO 20022o SWIFT messaging (MT/MX)o Payment hubs / core banking systemsSalary Range- $125,000-$130,000 a year
