Senior Technical Project/Program Manager

Our client seeks a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate complex, high-visibility initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This role requires extensive experience in managing technical projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives., * Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects and programs.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure successful completion.
• Implement risk management strategies and mitigate potential project risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of technical domains, including software development, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
