Missions

• Manage the entire IT purchasing cycle with the Procurement department
• Request and follow up on quotations
• Place orders
• Track invoices and payments
• Monitor contracts or timesheets
• Ensure accurate tracking of IT assets
• Maintain inventories
• Manage hardware and software life cycles
• Monitor stock levels
• Oversee license usage and optimization
• Manage mobile and fixed telephony subscriptions
• Track usage
• Track costs and allocations
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Identify optimization opportunities to reduce telecom spending
• Use everyday tools for workflows and tracking
• Manage purchasing workflows
• Track the asset life cycle
• Document activities
• Communicate with IT stakeholders and suppliers

1. Solid understanding of purchasing processes
2. Mastery of the concepts: quotations, POs, goods receipts (GR), invoicing, cost centers, vendor management
3. Knowledge of CMDB principles
4. Command of ITIL best practices for asset and service management
5. Analytical and reporting skills
6. Proficiency with the tools: SAP, Coupa, Omnitracker, Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Power BI
7. Strong organizational and coordination skills
8. Attention to detail and excellent follow-up
9. Good communication with suppliers, IT teams and management
10. Ability to work autonomously
11. Ability to handle several tasks in parallel
12. Analytical mindset oriented toward cost optimization and license management
13. Bilingual French and Dutch; English C1
